Our Mission
The mission of the Awakening Arts Studio is to awaken the creative potential within each student. Our teachers nurture individual creativity and honor the soul of each student to encourage both creative and emotional well-being.

To merge excellence in the Arts with knowledge of the Soul to create artistic individuality and personal wellbeing.
What We Do
The Awakening Arts is a unique studio providing private lessons, group classes, guest artist workshops and summer programs that address student’s artistic endeavors and personal well-being. Our team strives to help each student find their true artistic voice which in turn increases self esteem, emotional intelligence and spiritual well-being.
Why participate in the arts? In this age of technology, the arts are of utmost importance for child development. Studies show that social media and cell phones are causing depression amongst children and teens as they are losing the ability to feel, communicate and create. Being a part of the community and classes with Suzanne Jackson and The Awakening Arts Studio builds these needed skills and provides new and positive life lessons and experiences.

Camp Create!
Camp Create is a two week long summer arts program designed to foster each child's confidence and creativity. Eight students are invited to each session and every day is filled with Singing, Acting, Yoga, Nature, Dance and Community.
